Ingredients:
• 2 cups milk or vegan milk • 1 tea bag of our Chiclets Herbal Tea Blend • 1-2 teaspoons raw honey or maple syrup • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional) • Garnish with dried lavender buds or chamomile flowers
Instructions:
1) Heat milk in a small pan until very hot.
2) Add the Chiclets Herbal Tea Blend (loose leaf or tea bag) to the hot milk. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain the mixture into a mug. Sweeten with raw honey or maple syrup and add vanilla extract, if desired.
