For shipments within India - We work with India Post, DTDC or Trackon depending on the location of the customer. Estimated time of delivery is 1-4 days.
For international shipments - We use Registered Post and EMS Speed Post; both services provided by India Post. Registered Post has limited tracking information, whereas EMS Speed Post delivers tracking information within 24-48 hours of the shipment being dispatched. An estimated time of delivery for both options are provided during the checkout process.
For shipments within Canada - We use Canada Post and Chit Chat.
Express shipping - We use Canada Post, FedEx, UPS for express shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
Prices are inclusive of shipping costs within India.
Prices are not inclusive for international shipments. Depending on location, the checkout process will show the current shipping rate.
Delivery Lead Times
We ship on all weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays. All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours from our operations facility in India. Orders placed before 2pm IST/EST (Indian Standard Time or Eastern Standard Time) will be dispatched on the same business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. For orders within North America, we often dispatch shipments from our facility in Toronto.
All customers are informed by email in case an order is not fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances.
