Tasting Notes:Â This refreshing, hydrating, zingy, sweet, green tea blend contains less acid than ordinary limes and praised for its mild and palatable flavor. Journey:Â Our Mosambi (sweet lime) - for which this blend is named - is sourced from the city of Aurangabad in Marathwada. Mosambi are beloved for their fresh, stimulating flavor but few know how exceedingly hard they can be to cultivate. Mosambi plants require up to 60 litres of water per plant, per day. Trees must also be nurtured carefully for 4-5 years before bearing the much-anticipated fruit. Mosambi orchards are a labor of love for our partners. Their efforts enable the invigorating journey for each of us.
