Pink is here to stay, this winter. Our Vegan Strawberry Pink Latte recipe will keep you calm and relaxed and adds a bit of vibrancy with its millennial pink color:
2-3 teabags or 5-10g loose leaf Pink City 1/3 cup water 2 drops rose water 1 cup steamed oat milk 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice (honey, agave, maple syrup) Edible rose petals (optional)
1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, boil the tea in water. Stir regularly until the mixture is piping hot. Once the tea has steeped for 5 minutes, pour them through a fine mesh strainer so that just the concentrate remains or pour non-dairy milk over the tea concentrate.
2. You can foam the oat milk using a milk frother. If you don’t have one, heat up the milk in a small pot (Step 1). Add the milk, rose water and choice of sweetener to the tea.
